Arcade Games Nostalgia respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond to valid infringement notices and take appropriate action.
1. Content Ownership
We do NOT host or store any copyrighted content, including ROM files. All games on our site are embedded via iframe from third-party sources. We do not control or manage these external servers.
2. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner and believe that your rights have been violated, please send a written notice that includes:
- Your name, address, and contact email;
- A description of the copyrighted work being infringed;
- The exact URL(s) of the content in question;
- A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the use is not authorized;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf;
- Your physical or digital signature.

3. Response and Removal
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Promptly investigate the claim;
- Disable or remove the infringing content;
- Notify the party responsible, if applicable.
4. Counter Notification
If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice including:
- Your full contact information;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake;
- Your consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court;
- Your physical or digital signature.
We will review and forward your counter-notice to the original complainant.
5. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to block or ban repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA.
